Manufactured by SEMA Group sp. z o.o. Polonit Gasket Sheets are non-asbestos products made from cellulose and aramid fibres and thermally resistant fillers with a NBR binder

Standard thickness: 0,4; 0,5; 0,6; 0,8; 1,0; 1,5; 2,0; 3,0; 4,0; 5,0 mm
(with tollerance +/- 0,1 mm for thicknesses up to 0,8 mm
and+/- 10% for other thicknesses)
Standard formats: 1000 x 1500 i 1500 x 1500 mm (+/- 40 mm tollerance)

Description:
Sealing sheets made from cellulose and aramid fibres and thermally resistant fillers with a NBR binder.
Classification: FA-NA1-O according to DIN 28091-2
Application
These sheets are designed for cutting gaskets which are working in fuels, oils, cold and hot water, steam, weak acids, neutral salt solutions and inert gases within following parameters:
Maximum pressure: 4MPa
Maximum short term temperature: 180°C
Maximum continuous temperature: 140°C
Maximum temperature in steam: 120°C
Caution: In case of simultaneously working in high pressure and high temperature maximally 2MPa and 120°C should be considered.

Polonit FA-202

Polonit FA-202

 

Description:
Gasket sheets made from aramid fibres, other fibrous materials and thermally resistant fillers with a NBR binder.
Sheet recommended to work with gas media, due to its low gas permeability.
Classification
FA-ZA1-O according to DIN 28091-2
Application
These sheets are designed for cutting gaskets which are working in cold and hot water, steam, petroleum products, weak acids, weak alkalis and neutral gases within following parameters:
Maximum pressure: 4MPa
Maximum temperature: 200°C
Maximum temperature in steam: 150°C
Caution: In case of simultaneously working in high pressure and high temperature maximally 3MPa and 1500C should be considered.

Polonit FA-300

FA-AZ1-O according to DIN 28091-2
Application:
These sheets are designed for cutting gaskets which are working in cold and hot water, steam, alcohols, neutral salt solutions, weak acids, weak alkalis, inert gases and petroleum products within following parameters:
Maximum pressure: 9MPa
Maximum temperature: -40 to +300°C
Max. temperature in steam: 150°C
Caution: In case of simultaneously working in high pressure and high temperature maximally 4MPa and 200°C should be considered.

Polonit FA-O

 

Specification:
Gasket sheets made from aramid fibres, thermally resistant mineral fibres and thermally resistant fillers with a NBR binder.
Classification:
FA-AM1-O according to DIN 28091-2
Application:
These sheets are designed for cutting gaskets which are working in oil, gasoline, kerosene and other petroleum products, alcohols, steam and water (also see water) within following parameters
Maximum pressure: 10MPa
Maximum temperature: -40 to +350°C
Max. temperature in steam: 200°C
Caution: In case of simultaneously working in high pressure and high temperature maximally 4MPa and 250°C should be considered.
